Music opps we realised we never really tried if the fluit actually works with air from a harirdrier. 060518 So, how much air do the fluit need? We did some test with differnet air suppliments. Maybe we have to replace the hairdrier with somethingelse. Or we could give it a stronger motor. Or we could connect the hairdrier the the plugg in the wall. Oops, dangerous?!  ¶ 11:07 0 comments

060518 Fantastic design of the hairdrierfluit!
Finally we got the hairdrier to work through the arduino board. Some cable in the transformator was wrong connected last time. We removed the normal socket cable and connected the arduino board directly to the hairdrier motor.

First tryout didn´t work.
Either the programming is not correct written or we have connected the wires wrong. Tried both using power from the computer and from the socket through the transformator.  ¶ 14:00 0 comments

Can a hairdrier play a fluit?

The goal and task of the course will be to develop simple mechanisms that transforms inputs in to outputs in meaningful ways. Decide an everyday object or possible situation, existing or projected, in which this transformation may add some exciting, calming, informative or irrelevant information that will affect the qualities of that object/situation.
